"I've used this kid to kid store for 9 years, and I have been satisfied almost every time I've gone. I felt particularly moved to write a review this time because I feel like service for customers anywhere you go these days has been less than appropriate or appealing. Usually theyre pretty good here. But this time, the ladies that were in there were were both smiling, welcoming, and made me feel really good about spending my money. What a wonderful experience."
"DO NOT DONATE HERE. I’ve have shopped and sold here multiple times. I took two bins with clothes, great shoes and two huge Barbie toys each bought for $90 and there was nothing wrong with them. I was given a quote for $1 for everything. I was told I had to pick up my items the same day. I didn’t recieve a quote until 1 hour before closing to which I responded “is this a typo?” No one ever responded. When I came in to get my bins-they we’re rude and accusatory. The fact that you cannot decline the quote is rediculous. In the past o requested store credit-and this is when they give you actual value for your things. I will literally never set foot in this establishment ever again. When they asked if I wanted my dollar-I said “no thank you”. Good riddance."
