"We ended up not bringing our dogs here because they were full. However, the staff I spoke with on the phone was super helpful with suggesting places that may work for our needs. He was beyond nice and very knowledgeable in his field. While we ended up going elsewhere, I'd recommend giving them a call. A place this honest about competitors knows their worth. In a world like today's, I enjoy finding a small business lifting up a fellow small business instead of just turning people away"

"As soon as you walk in they grab your fur baby and put them in a kennel! As my husband picked him up and asked about it they said it’s easier on pets / owners. They gave us a report card with nothing checked on it just a simple note saying good boy. So why have a paper to show eating, play, etc but not check anything?? Our baby seemed ok after his vacation however it would of been great to know more about his visit. They planned on a hyper dog because of his breed but didn’t consider the fact we stated he had anxiety and was rescued. He is very calm for a lab when he’s away from home. Yes I would recommend but be aware of the above if you are new to this as I was."

"This place was absolutely amazing! I have 5 big dogs both elder and young and they did a great job with them. I’m from Chattanooga and was more than happy to make that 50 minute drive to this place. The facility is clean, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is fantastic! I’ve found my favorite place for my dogs! Thanks for taking good care of them"

"Our American bully was there for a 2 week stay. He has stayed here twice prior so we had no concerns. Upon picking him up we were told there were problems. Apparently he held attendees hostage, broke a child's thumb from pulling, and jumped and busted a child's nose. This is not behavior he has ever exhibited with us. He has never as much as growled at our kids or exhibited aggressive behavior. Not quite sure why children are attending to the animals or why after the first incident I wasn't contacted. In fact the owner stated he doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body so which is it? Additionally we noticed he was very skiddish, has kennel cough, and had his nails cut which he prefers only us to do so I can only imagine how that went. If you are meticulous about your animal be informed during the summer kids are working with your animal and there seems to be lack of breed knowledge and communication while your away. Disappointed but, we will search for better from this point. For 30 plus dollars a day they want you to pay extra extra extra. Extra play time was recommended next time for my dog that was such a problem. That makes sense don't it? My dog still ain't the same after 2 weeks of being home. Update: our Bully stayed at The Ranch at Bonny Oaks in Chattanooga TN over Thanksgiving and we had no issues probably because there weren't children working at this place of business. They didn't want him to leave!"

"I have yet to have a bad experience. We've used other boarding places, but Bane just loves going here. Sometimes he doesn't want to willingly leave. He loves seeing everyone and it almost feels like he's getting his own little vacation when we send him here. We won't board him anywhere else."
