"The first time I took my dog to have him groomed by her she charged $50 and done a good job (kept him a while but done good). This time she charged me $60 for a feet, face and fanny (said she charges $90 for a full cut). I dropped him off at 10:30am and didn’t get him back until 5:00pm, 6.5 hours is a ridiculous time to keep a dog to groom him especially when you had an appointment. She also cut and nicked my dog everywhere. Including his ears and shoved cotton balls in them and didn’t tell me. I’m not happy with his cut, the time it took, or the price I paid."
