"This place used to be a good place to go for clothes but they have went up on there prices 150% it's sad this is supposed to be a store for people that can't afford new clothes I saw a hoodie for a boy that was priced at 19.99 that's ridiculous those are used clothes please do better for the community"
"Some items are completely worn out with ridiculous price tags. They do not except cash app debit cards for no apparent reason and the dude at the cash register was pretty rude about it. For someone working in a store that’s blasting Christian worship songs you’d expect them to be a little friendly, apparently not."
"I am thrilled to say, THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE! I had to do community service here and when I say I LOVED IT ! It gave me peace, I meet new people from the customers to Mrs.Angela to the bigger boss, EVERYBODY made me feel welcomed, I was very nervous going in and I don’t know why but I was. I’m beyond thankful for the help they gave me and I’m beyond thankful I was able to help them! I ALSO HAD TO STOP MYSELF FROM BUYING EVERYTHING I SEEN ! I love this store I brought stuff for me, my son and grandmother before leaving on my last day, I will say this won’t be the last time you guys see me! When I need a peace of mind or bored I’ll always come volunteer and now I have some where to give all my items too ❤️❤️ Thank you soooo much Providence Family as a whole! I pray God continues to bless each and every one of you and the store as a whole, until next time ❤️❤️"
"I visited here last year and sad to say, was not very impressed, not much inventory that interested me and felt the prices were set a tad high. However, a few days ago, I decided to stop in and give them a second chance. I am extremely glad that I did! I was very impressed with the merchandise they now offered. Many unique finds and the prices were now quite comparable which are the 2 main reasons I frequent thrift stores to begin with! The staff were friendly and helpful. The store appeared clean and had no lingering odors as some such type stores often do. The merchandise was quite eclectic, interesting and fairly priced. The place was huge! Definitely alot of inventory now to browse. I will need to visit again soon to see it all!! Thanks for the improvements! PS - playing the Christian music added bonus, really appreciate that!"
