"A little hard to communicate on phone before service but actual work was done quickly and professionally by two nice guys. Left the yard looking good, too."
"I tried to get them to pump my septic tank. I called and they set me up two days later to get the tank pumped. No one came and I called. They said he had a funeral. I then asked if he could come first thing in the morning. Next day, no show. They gave me the guys phone number. I called, he asked for my information by text, I sent it, and he said he could come in the afternoon. Well, it got to be 3:30 and no show. I texted him a couple times earlier, no response so I texted him “ don’t bother coming.” I found someone else who will be here in the morning. I call the main office and told them what happened and they only said they were sorry. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this was very unprofessional -"
