"Ran out of Freon and it was so hot. Home warranty had another contractor that said 2 weeks before they could come out. Called Best Rate and they were there the next day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Office staff lady that scheduled was quick at getting someone there and super nice. The guys that came out had it fixed and running in less than an hour. I highly Recommend this company if you need anything fixed."

"I am a customer of American Home Shield. It’s time consuming dealing with AHS. When they finally put me in contact with Best Rate and I spoke with Debbie she immediately got me scheduled and when the parts were back ordered she stayed on top of AHS until the parts arrived. The day Alan and Travis came to install the AC/Heat unit was a terrible day weather wise. There was a heavy downpour the entire time they were here. I offered to reschedule but they insisted on installing it. I know it wasn’t easy getting the unit into the basement in the rain and mud. But they did it. They were very friendly and professional. I will certainly refer them to my friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
