"Renew Exterior Services gave the best customer service that I have seen in recent memory. First, I filled out an inquiry, and within 5 minutes got a response. My home happened to be relatively close to their office, so they came out that day. While at the house, Brandon presented several possibilities including the possibility of trying a new design. It sounded interesting to me, so we agreed to give it a shot - he offered a discount if I didn’t like it - no worries, I did. He scheduled the installation within a week. About a month after installation we had a bad wind storm. The lights stayed up but on of the chords came loose and didn’t look great. I called and they fixed it that day. Finally, they scheduled our removal in advance, and let me know when they were on the way. They did a great job all around."

"They far exceeded any of my expectations. The two young men who decorated our home were always at work, And they seem to really enjoy the work. They were excited about what they could do with all the different trees and bushes and how the end result was going to look. Professional, courteous, diligent, and enthusiastic. "Hanging exterior Christmas lights is a job best left for the young and experienced. I made a phone call to Renew and I had an appointment within 2 days to hang my lights. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were friendly, professional and got right to work. They completed it quickly and made sure that I was happy with the results. Having Christmas lights hung is not cheap, but they respect the fact that you are paying for this service and they strive to make it perfect for you. I am very happy and would recommend Renew External Services."
