"My family has done business with this company for years, and have been very satisfied. When it was suggested we also use them they were quick and we thought efficient. We chose to have a 1000 gallon holding tank installed and while it was being installed it filled up and they charged us to pump it plus the installation. Then through one summer have had to pump it out 3 times and it’s me and my husband weekends only. After calling unsuccessfully over and over. Asking my family member that “knows them” also call to no avail. Had to hire another service to take over and pump and now repair the tank. Plumbing was never sealed off properly. Very disappointed in the lack of concern expense and frustration."
