"The laziest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. My husband and I took our car up there to ask if they could just plug it. Their response to that was to offer what tires they had for sell. We had to take our business elsewhere because instead of just plugging our tire like we wanted they Tried to scam us into just getting a new tire when we literally just bought tires a few months back. To them they said the treat was too low. Absolutely ridiculous. The tread was nowhere near too low when the tires on our vehicle are only a couple months old."

"Always fast and friendly. I always use them for oils changes on all my vehicles. Cheaper than I could do it myself. Plus you can do your shopping while you wait!"

"When I called up there to ask question the young lady who answered was very nice and professional. When I went up there to get my tires aired up the man and woman were so nice and showed me things that I didn't even know about my car like where to find out how much air goes into each tire and how big each tire is and stuff like that. I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to cars."

"EDIT 3/17/2020: I filed an official complaint with corporate and was contacted by a manager at the local (Centre) Walmart the day after. They pulled video footage and then told me that as a result of their investigation, they would reimburse me for the cost of repair. Had my mechanic do an estimate for the repair cost and Walmart paid the amount on the estimate. Increased my review to 3 stars for their promptness and taking responsibility to right the damage caused. They definitely have good customer service! Just be cautious when getting your oil changed. Horrible service. Went for an oil change and it took 2 hours. Finally, someone came and told me they were having difficulty putting my oil cap back on. They later apparently got it secure enough for me to drive my car to my mechanic but advised I would likely need the oil pan replaced as it had been damaged. I tried to ask for proof of damage, but the employee, Michael, denied that they caused the damage (even though I had no problems before). He couldn’t even explain what had happened or why there was an issue. Just kept insisting I had to take my car to a mechanic right away. After my mechanic did an inspection, he informed that it was not my original drain plug or filter on my car and that the drain plug that they placed on my car was stripped out. Will never use Walmart’s auto center again and will be making an official complaint tomorrow. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. They are incompetent, unknowledgeable, shady, and rude."
