They texted me to let me know who was coming and then Jeremy texted me to let me know when he was en route which was a full 30 minutes ahead of the appointment time. "James, Jeremy have been excellent! J.F.' replaced an outside Carrier unit on the house last year (2015). We bought the house this year (2016), and the AC seemed to be intermittent. They came out and replaced a contact switch that got bugged up by ants. 1 week later, same problem! Another visit, a few ant traps later, and we're good to go. Fast service, very nice people - I highly recommend them. Okay, so a year later (2017), in March we replaced the other outside unit (the house is about 11 years old). Shortly after the thermostat started reporting no power connection. Again, excellent availability and scheduling at the front office. They came out and gave options for replacing the controller board or the entire inside furnace unit. We replaced the entire unit on their guidance. They completed the attic install fast, came back out very quickly to resolve another minor wiring issue, and were always available for a call. So for three years going, great service."
