"I took my dads comforter there to be dry cleaned ... my dog peed on it for whatever reason.. I picked it up and didn’t open it right away but when I finally did the smell was horrible and the Pee stain was still there. They charged me 35 dollars and never cleaned it.. it’s now sat on the comforter for a month and a half so I doubt the small will ever come out. I plan on going in tomorrow to see what they plan to do about it.. they took the time to take it out of the bag I had it in and put it in a new nice zip bag... but didn’t wash it... totally unacceptable. Update: they took it back and cleaned the item without any hassle. Thank you"

"We used the this cleaners to do our office sheets and we have had continued problems with the delivery driver Chris not picking up sheets on three separate occasions as well as not dropping them off on one occasion. For the record we have only used their services for 5 weeks at this point. Although we had set days and schedules for pick up and drop off 1 day a week, we still I had to call weekly to get things done correctly. When Chris would deliver the sheets the bag they came in smelled like freshly smoked cigarette every time. In addition 2 deliveries in a row, the sheets were returned dirty, pictures were taken in the cleaners were called. We spoke with Darlene who said it would be handled and be fixed at no charge. Chris again came to pick up the dirty sheets but grab the wrong ones. We called the cleaners and spoke with Darlene and she apologized and said the sheets would be cleaned at no charge because of their mistake. The next day when the sheets were dropped off I was charged normal a sheet cleaning fee. When I told this to Chris he responded with a loud angry voice “ it’s not my problem take it up with Garry the owner.” We have called four times in the last week and have left messages with Darlene the other lady who runs the desk and Chris for Gary to call, one week later still have not been in contact with Gary the owner. I placed another call this morning and I asked for Darlene the lady who answered the phone gave it to Chris who got on the phone with a huge attitude and yelled at me and stated “I told you have to talk with Garry he’s out sick today he will call you back and promptly hung up on me.” I can’t quite comprehend why a place that claims they do large facilities such as Chateau Elan and other can have such a horrible customer relationship. I think Chris and Darlene are very unprofessional and I think the owner Gary has no idea how to run a business if he can’t call the customer back in over a week and allow his employees to run his business like that when he’s not there. I wouldn’t recommend using them for anything. With so many small businesses out there we need to support the ones that care and provide a quality service, not businesses like this one."

"Moved to the area 3 years ago, and when I needed their services, I picked them by reviews. I’ve used them several times for a huge dry clean only comforter. Took said comforter to have cleaned after my cat puked on it. Picked it up, and when I got it home, the puke stain was still there and the comforter was obviously still dirty. I took it back to them and spoke to Mr. Gary directly. I showed him the stain and he agreed it had not been cleaned. I left it there for them to make it right. Later, Mr. Gary called me and explained what happened and that it was mistakenly bagged as clean. He was honest and up front about what happened. I picked the comforter up today, and it’s clean, fresh and stain-free. Great service and very responsive to make things right! Will always come back to Holcomb’s."

"I Stopped by here to get some alterations done. I'm from out of town and It was my first time here. The lady who helped me was wonderful. Her name was Tina. She was so polite and kind to me. I could tell that she and the other ladies working here really cared about people. They made me feel valued as a new customer. I was so grateful to be treated that way.
