"After reading all the other great reviews, we called Sergio and he came out next day to clean our sectional. On the phone and in person he was polite, kind, and respectful. He arrived on time and assessed what needed to be done and explained the process to us before he began. I could tell he’s very knowledgeable about his profession and takes great pride in what he does. As a small business owner myself, this stood out to me and I was glad to give him the business over one of these larger corporate companies. He did a fantastic job on our sectional and left it looking and smelling brand new. We have two Cane Corsos(which are very large dogs) who think the sectional belongs to them. When Sergio finished he presented us with a Kroger sack full of all of the dog hair he extracted from the furniture.
