"What a miserable experience. Admittedly we clogged our own vent trying to clean it ourselves, but we were clear about from the beginning that it was not a “standard” call. We were then told there would be a minimum charge and if the blockage could be cleared we pay the full price. Then the service call happens we were charged the full price for still having a clogged dryer vent. Not what was agreed. We were then told there was sufficient air flow in the vent and we should be fine. We were not. I asked for a refund and was told I would need to quotes from competitors and then I would be given a full refund. Then once that obtained the story changed to I needed to pay another service to clear the block then I would be given a refund. Called a competitor and and they had it unblocked in less than 30 minutes for 50$ cheaper than this fools cleaning charge and actually cleaned up their mess before leaving the job site. Save yourself the agony and call literally any other service in the area."

"I got Duct Ninjas coming to my house today to clean the duct and vents. They showed me the videos of the ducts before cleaning them and I didn't imagine it would be that dirty on the inside. I own A Trusting Hand, a residential cleaning company, and I always tell my clients with a dusty house to clean their vents. Now I know what company to recommend to them! It was also more money than I expected but they worked with me and offered me discounts for me to be able to do the deep cleaning and everything else they recommend it. Great service, they explained everything to me, fast and professional. And then I got tons of after videos and I can truly see the difference and I now feel I can breathe better.
