"BE AWARE! BE AWARE! BE AWARE! These people are liars. I took 6 pieces of clothing to this establishment to be dry cleaned, 5 shirts and 1 pant. While there the lady went through my clothes and was very informative about the difference between laundering and dry cleaning. I really appreciated the information. All of these clothes were recently worn and I accidentally got a couple of stains on two of the shirts. Again, keep in mind these all were recently worn AND she went through them while I was there. A few days later I get a text message with a picture showing a hole in one of my shirts. I was out of town so I could not immediately go up there. I replied stating that “I don’t remember a hole in anything while we were there.” And, like I mentioned before these articles of clothing were all recently worn so I clearly would’ve known if there was a hole in my shirt. And why would I bring a shirt to get dry cleaned if it’s damaged? These people really tried to put the blame on me saying I brought it to them with a hole. THEY CLEARLY ARE LIARS! It seems that my shirt got snagged on something and left a two inch rip in the back of my garment. They realized my garments are high end and of good quality because she did state that when I dropped them off, so I guess they felt is was easier to pass the blame rather than take responsibility. You may want to use them when your machine breaks or because they seem convenient, but STAY AWAY. DON’T SUPPORT LIARS. It’s several other cleaners in the area that can do the same job, if not better. STAY AWAY!"
