"Referred from Allgood plumber who found my shower drains cracked and leaking into my crawl space. These guys ( Jeff and Earl ) subcontracted most of restorations. Very little done by the owners of the company except collecting the insurance checks. After all paid out, Earl ( who was a prior insurance adjuster for Statefarm) issues a $6000.00 bill for mold remediation that was never discussed with me or the insurance company . They are crooks. Steer clear of these liars. This on top of hearing all about one of their fungal skin infections and soliciting free medical advice from a Registered nurse is just unprofessional."

"Earl and the guys working for him were wonderful! Not only were they professional, but they took great care to get the work completed quickly and accurately. I wish I had pictures from what it looked like with the water damage but the final results are beautiful! They also worked with us to help us file our insurance claim and made the entire process seamless! I highly recommend them for any home improvement or home restoration projects! So Impressed!"

"This company at first was good but then it turned worst when I had to supervise the entire job they broke things and damaged property at my house never fixed them offered to do things around the house for all the work I was doing and then tried to stiff me with a bill stating I didn't pay for upgrades I tried to contact them no response I contacted the better business bureau and they responded stating they placed a lien on my property ok and I will obtain a lien attorney ! I have all communication between everybody in charge on the job and they still lied and stated that I wasn't cooperative I receive a message keep your money bye ! From the owner so was I supposed to figure out what he was saying I owed after he disrespected me when I was so kind patient and cooperative ? What he is mad about is that I contacted the better business bureau to tell the world they lie offer customer service extras for there messed up jobs they do and then bill u for them ! They also take forever and beg u to sign a contract early when repairs are not done ! Then lie owe she signed with no complaints yes to help u pay your staff ! I was beyond nice paid them before I got insurance check and they treated me horribly because the one man is old and bipolar I have all messages to prove he said keep your money bye and click ! Will text me and I text him back he won't respond but sends a lien ! It's ok that's what lawyers are for they picked the wrong blessed by god lady thought when he said oh don't worry about it I got it I would be a dummy ! My nieghbor was a witness the entire time when he said oh we will take care of that since we been messing up and doing your kitchen forever now wants to bill me ! Never fix my car when they scratched it never fixed my table when damaged it so unprofessional ! Tell better business work was done show me receipts you fixed the table and car ! Liars"
