"These guys are trash. Bought a Groupon for a carpet cleaning. They sent a SUBCONTRACTOR to my house- HOW DANGEROUS IS THAT?? Someone clearly not bonded through his company- then- the Subcontractor refused to give me the service I paid for- he wouldn’t touch my carpet unless I now spent $250- Spoke to the “owner” Dan- who told me that in a few short hours- work he had contracted out was getting nothing but complaints- he was severing ties- he would upgrade me for my inconvenience to a “deluxe clean” and he would do it hi Self- he was a no show and his counterparts had no idea that I even talked to their owner- had no intention of cleaning my carpet- Dan’s partner Mitch offered to squeeze me in btw 5-7pm- then called at 3pm to cxl- can’t come back until 2/13.. unless I wanted the guy that they allegedly severed ties with to come back- yes- the one who wanted $250.. DONT DO IT!!❌❌❌"

"We did hire the company to clean our carpets. We made an appointment for Saturday. They told us they would come between 10 to 2. They finally ended up coming at 3:45. They did clean the carpets and one of our sofas. The sofa cleaning was pretty good. In one of the rooms showed up after cleaning a red stain which was not there( we did picture the carpets before cleaning and when we first got the house. It was not there. After the cleaning nobody entered in the room, the carpets were wet. Next day when I did enter to put things back in the place( Sunday evening) I saw the stain. Contacted the company on Monday morning to tell the problem and they said they didn’t know about the stain and that red stains cannot be removed. I said I could show the camera records, showing that nobody entered there. He said again that red stains cannot be removed. Different from the sofa, carpet cleaning was ok. I wouldn’t recommend because in my humble opinion, they were not punctual, made us expend my entire day waiting for them and the lack of interest and professionalism when dealing with problems! Only hire them if you have lots of time to spend waiting."

"Brianna and Dan did an amazing job. House is feeling fresh and clean again. Groupon says no stairs or area rugs but they actually do. My upholstered couches looks like new. I have 2 mini daschunds and they like to pee on my area rug and even the couches and it was starting to look dingy and smell like a toilet bowl! So I am very impressed with the results! The duct was cleaned and I’m feeling like I’m breathing fresh air again! Thank you! Will def use again and recommend to clients as I am a realtor and will def need in this industry!"
