Millennial Clean

"We were supposed to have a deep clean. Our cleaner didn’t show up until an hour and a half past the time I was originally given. Didn’t even reach out until thirty minutes after they were supposed to have arrived. Our cleaner came in and told me they were unable to move anything in the house. I don’t mind moving the furniture, but as a deep clean service, that kind of threw me. None of the bedrooms were supposed to be touched, but, while we were in the room, our person came in, started cleaning, and joining our conversation. I’m not so stuck up that it bothers me, until you stop what you’re doing to talk. The kitchen was barely touched & they didn’t even vacuum under the couch. No mopping either. The whole house is hardwood & it would have been nice to have a shine…. This review isn’t so much about the person who showed up, because they were VERY nice & wanted to help! This review is based on the fact that I called within 2 buisness days of the service to ask for someone else to come out, because it wasn’t a deep clean that we received. I was charged almost $400. For a service that wasn’t even performed. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that she would get with the owner & call back later that afternoon. When I didn’t hear back two days later, I called again. I was then told that I waited too long to call & there was nothing that could be done. No refund, which I wasn’t even calling for, and no replacement cleaner. I would NEVER recommend this company to any family, friends, or to my other property owners. If anyone knows a company that actually will clean our oven & baseboards before the 20th of November, please reach out! I was hoping to have my home sparkling before all the family comes in town for thanksgiving."
