"My basement water pipe broke on Christmas 2022. Those days I called all the water damage restoration companies in my neighborhood.Unfortunately, many companies' phones are constantly busy. There are 1-2 companies who say that they will come to my house after 2-4 weeks. Until I reached out to AdvantaClean. They said they could come to my house in 2 days. They did come at noon on December 31st. After receiving approval from the insurance company, AdvantaClean began the drying and restoration of the basement. They were very efficient and started removing and drying right away. Drying lasted about 7-8 days. It took them 2 weeks to completely rebuild the basement, including patching, painting, flooring, doors and cabinets, and a thorough cleaning. Their team was very hardworking, working from 8:00am to close to 6:00pm every day. They were quiet and orderly. When they leaved each day, they would take away the trash and put tools and other items in order. My communication with the AdvantaClean team is very pleasant, their response is always faster than expected.They are always patient and friendly! I appreciate their service very much！"
