"If you are looking for a rebuild company, look no further. I cannot express how nice it was to work with Robert and his team after water damage in my home. The ONEighty team was able to come out same day to work on water remediation, explained the entire process, were minimally invasive, and courteous the entire time. Robert, the owner, came out himself for the initial inspection. That was a game changer for my choice in remediation company. Robert also took time to meet my insurance adjuster at my house, walked through all damage together, and ensured I wouldn’t be short-changed by insurance. After hearing horror stories of insurance denying part of a claim, this was a huge stress reliever for me. ONEighty’s office staff also goes above and beyond making sure you are in the loop on all processes. By far my biggest compliment is that I wasn’t hounded for insurance checks.
