"These folks really need to get it together. Went in at the beginning of this current semester and met with an advisor to get registered for classes. Got registered, went to financial aid to find out status of loan. Was told everything was good to go and could come back the next day to pick up books. Went back next day and couldn't get books due to financial aid not going thru entirely. Went to financial aid, was told that I would receive an email with a link to sign a note. Link did not take me thru the entire procedure but did indicate that all was done on my end. Went back the next day and still couldn't get books. As this was the last day for registration and not being able to get by the school until late that afternoon, I discovered that yet again my financial aid hadn't Went thru and the financial aid dept was closed for the day. Was I formed to email someone at the registrars office named Dana that replied back with some unreasonable excuse as to why I couldn't register for the semester. Would literally give 0 stars if possible."

"DON’T EVER MISPLACE YOUR PROOF OF A DEGREE. I paid to have mine replaced and they won’t do it. So they have took what is mine or RUDE MISSY MCCLAIN IS TOO LAZY TO GIVE ME A COPY. MISSY MCCLAIN SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY PUBLIC RELATIONS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
