"I’m NOT one to leave a review. So trust me, this is something you need to be aware of!! This was overall a terrible experience and basically insurance fraud. Servpro came in to clean up after repairs were done in my home. The very next day when I inspected the work I contacted them to ask for an itemized receipt and to tell them that work was not performed correctly. No one called back to follow up. I continued to ask for a break down of invoice from September to Oct 15th when they continued to send me the bill. I must have finally emailed the right person because after multiple attempts and over a month after work was performed I heard from Jared,the person that was supposed to be in charge of getting me that receipt before work even began. I then explained to him the things that I saw which were not cleaned. He then argued, well it’s been a month since we have been there you would have dust now. Even though this is something I had been saying needed attention for that whole month. I have so much drywall still caked on the floor that the slightest touch and my fingers are as white as in the video attached. Jared in his ignorance offers to come the next day at 7am in the morning, on the day I worked. At this point has made it very obvious with his comments he didn’t believe what I was saying and had his mind made up. At this point its been a month since Ive heard from Jared so I felt it was it was a waste of my time to have Jared come without his manager especially after how he spoke to me on the phone when I finally heard from him. So I told Jared I didn’t think 7 am would work for me and felt it was best if he came back to my house with his supervisor. Which I of course did not hear from him again. Now I realized I was going to have to find that supervisor myself. Which brings me to Brian oh Brian, I quickly understood where Jared had learned his wonderful customer service skills from. When I spoke to Brian he treated me as if I was simply just another pest for him to swat away. I explained to him I have pictures of things that weren’t cleaned. He insisted on telling that the dry wall dust I was seeing was from the open drywall hole I had. Yet no one had been there do any dry wall work and I still had drywall chunks on the ground for when they left. This is in the room that the problem started from. He told me he didn’t wanna see the pictures I had of the house, that they had pictures and proof it was cleaned. Which I then asked to see the pictures since it was my house I had a right to see them. He ignored that and hung up on me. By the time I saw a break down of what was supposed to completed I was shocked. Things like cleaning my closets and my items were supposed to be wiped down. None of which was ever done. Multiple fraudulent charges for things that were never touched. Instead I paid for two incompetent men to be ignorant with me. The work performed felt like when you’re teaching your teenager to clean and they swipe half the counter. A half hearted attempt at cleaning at best. And charging my insurance company close to $5000 for that is a complete fraud. I hope you learn from my experience and call someone in Moultrie, Tifton. Just anyone but this company. I know companies like this are hard to find but save yourself the trouble and aggravation."
