We talked about our lives, childhood, family, life experiences and more. We laughed and had a great conversation. He's very personable and the price for two area rugs, a couch and loveseat was super affordable. He’s such an awesome guy! I would totally recommend because of the service and great service providers! Call them!"
"I set the service up using their Instant Online Appt maker which worked great. I was going to have 1 room dine along with my sofa. After an assessment, the technician managed my expectations by explaining that my sofa my not be 100% stain free when he finished. This was because it is made of linen, an off white color AND I had allowed the stains to set in for years. He gave me some good suggestions on using a sweater shaver to remove the linens 'lint' bunnies. Since I no longer wanted to waste money on the couch, he assured me that the money would be better spent doing all the carpeted rooms as well as my area rugs so it would all be clean to start off the closed in winter months. I agree that this was a great idea. Thank you for helping this 'ol lady spend her money in the best way possible. I thought the tech as OUTSTANDING! Thanks Stanley Steamer!!"
