"I just stopped by to drop off curtain alterations. The lady was extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to do the small job. I told the lady as I was walking out the door with my curtains that I would find another place that was friendly and wanted to help and take care of the job. I will give my money to another business that is helpful and friendly. I would NOT recommend!"
"Dry cleaning part is good; reliable and efficient. I’ve taken three things here for alterations and been turned down every time. It’s not been anything major; all small repairs to some clothing. But every time they say they cannot fix. (It was suggested I instead cut a dress down and turn it into a shirt?) Not sure where the alterations part comes in…"
"We are very happy with this place. From the 2nd or 3rd time, the owner has remembered me and is pulling up our clothes by the time I walk in the door. I love the small town feel of that. Everyone has been kind and my husband's shirts turn out nice. It's randomly specific, but my husband happens to like how they loop paper ID tags through his button holes instead of "hiding" them in the collar tag."
"I work long hours. From 7am till 5 or 6 pm. I work Saturdays often. On 4-28-17 I stopped by after work, about 10 minutes before closing, to have my tuxedo for my wedding hemmed and taken in and was informed that it took too long and would go past their closing time, so I needed to come back some other time. This is an example of terrible customer service. I spent years in retail, and if a customer shows up just before closing they still deserve good customer service. If you want to clock out exactly at quitting time, don't choose a service industry where you deal with customers! Needless to say, they lost any future business from me."
