"The staff was nice to our in person app. I visited Friday the eighth however, I will not be bringing my pets here again My puppy had his second round of shots And he has diarrhea and loss of appetite for the past three days And I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for an hour via phone call And have yet to reach them I have been talking to somebody via email I have yet to hear back and answer. Don’t bring your pets here they don’t care about them. To your response my dog has Been sick for 4 days again, he was seen on 8 Dec when you answered me via email, you said I would have to pay another appointment fee of $55 when it was a reaction of the vaccine at your clinic I understand that vaccines have reactions, but when my dog has a reaction after that vaccine for over two days as you said. I would hope My pet would get help here and Instead You keep saying it’s just a Reaction. But it’s not just a normal reaction when he has been like that For 4 days."
"Went here multiple times for my cat Luna with different issues. And each time I got a different vet but they were all amazing. It felt like they truly cared. And each time they would listen and and answer all of my questions before taking me to the front to pay. And it was super affordable. I saved at least a couple hundred dollars and got better service from any other vets. Would recommend 100%"
"Bad service …….from the vet STEPHEN POPE, ………………………….I charge a consultation that lasted 3 minutes, he never listened to me what my dog needed, he was also rude and racist, he later sent an invoice for $646.31 with the assistant where he prescribed according to what my dog needed, Without any explanation, he did not do the necessary tests to medicate. I advise you not to go to this place, your dog can take risks and so can your wallet . !!!:("
"Young lady by the name of, Grace.. super sweet, welcoming and kind. She is a keeper 5 stars all the way!! — On another note, the prices are not what they used to be. The value in “Value Vet”, not so much and needs some adjusting. Prices are bit too high for a simple well exam and rabies shot.. because it was necessary and late in the day, I paid the ridiculous $25 for my babies nails, but for that reason, I also opted out of any further services and will be seeing another vet. Shame—"
