"We have a cat that sustained a major injury. The staff there was pleasant and Dr.Orton was very professional, compassionate and you could genuinely tell he loved animals. We felt very comfortable taking our loved pet to him and we’re very thankful for his professional care."

"This place sucks! They treated me very unfairly and blamed me for their staff missing their lunch break. The vet records say I was 20 minutes late and stayed 1.5 hours causing this to occur. I was 10 minutes late and apologized. That part is my fault. I couldn’t get the cats into the carrier, but it’s still on me that I was late. But 10 minutes isn’t 20 minutes. I told them if they couldn’t honor the appointment, that was ok and that I would go to another vet, no problem, and I would pay a fee for the missed appointment. They took a long time to think about it and said I could come back and they would look at the cats. And then the appointment took 1.5 hours. How is that the patient’s fault? Then why did they accommodate my being 10 minutes late if it was going to cause them to miss their lunch breaks? Why would they have an appointment slot so close to lunch breaks? Not only that, but they made me feel rushed when I was going through the treatment options with them because there was a considerable bill to consider. They were rushing me because they wanted to go to lunch, which is understandable that they wanted to eat but again, why did they accommodate the 10 minutes late if it was going to cause so much of an issue? Me trying to make a decision about treatment is not the reason why the appointment went on for 1.5 hours. The appointment genuinely took that long. And I have to say, this company markets themselves as a cheaper alternative to other vets and that is FAR from the case. I took my cats to another vet after and received better treatment for far less. This place is so expensive! I’ll never go here again and will tell everyone who is looking for vet recs to avoid this place!"

"Branding as “affordable” but then being so pressed for money that you’re sending people invoices before they even speak with a nurse or doctor is out of line. They operate as if everyone who comes in doesn’t have money and that’s crazy. Drop the “affordable” from your tagline as it isn’t even true. I was sent an $1100 estimate before I even spoke with a nurse or doctor. My services ended up being $130. 100% of the times I’ve been here I haven’t had good experiences. This time a very rude ghetto “nurse” barges into the room and without introducing herself or greeting me she states “I sent you an estimate did you get it?” twice. When I inform her that no estimate is needed because I haven’t even spoken to anyone to even describe my issue her rude and nasty demeanor continued to worsen as she continued repeating “I sent an estimate did you get it?” It got to the point where I asked for someone else and for her not to reenter the room. She also demanded my leash attached to MY DOG instead of waiting for me to hand it to her once I got my excited dog calm. I thought all of this was wild and uncalled for. No one is going to entrust their beloved pets with you when you’re treating their humans this way. Word of advice, stop treating everyone like they’re broke, it’s unprofessional, scammy, and off-putting. It also makes people want to spend less money in your establishment."

"We visited thrive last week when our usual vet couldn’t get us in for a week and we were so happy and relieved! The office was super clean and all staff was friendly. I was greeted by Michael at the front desk and he was more than kind and accommodating. I was quickly taken back to a room with zero wait and was promptly helped by Jacinta, our vet tech. After she took care of all of our questions and patiently listened to everything, Dr. Ricks came in only moments later and also had the best demeanor. He was so knowledgable and approachable and left me feeling really confident leaving the appointment. We will be bringing all of our animals here now and are very grateful to have found this location and team."
