Our policy for appointments includes not having clients in the exam rooms or treatment areas, but the doctor will speak with you after the exam about your pet(s). New clients/patients require a $50.00 deposit to book an appointment, which is nonrefundable for missed or same-day cancelled appointments.

"I can't recommend this office enough! Carmen knows me just by voice at this point and she's an angel. The staff is always calm and I love that, even though you're not allowed in the exam rooms, the doctors will come out and patiently speak with you. In so many ways they have been understanding and compassionate with the financial hardship of our pet's needs. We had to move from GA sadly but I contemplated staying around just for this office! I love TAH and hope they continue to keep up the amazing work!"

"Super appreciative of the semi-urgent accommodation of my kitty with a torn-off claw. The office has a pretty good response time if you are an existing client and contact them by email. I was able to send pictures for them to get a plan for care. Mr. Sock received an in-and out-visit and an antibiotic injection, all under 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday, because we were able to consult remotely first. ALL vet services have been under a lot of strain for the past three years, so please be kind and patient."
