"Placed an order at 12:37pm of 18 items to be picked up. They notified me only available time to pick up was between 6 and 7 pm. No problem...had a busy day anyway. Got notified at 5 pm my order was " being gathered" and they would notify me when ready for pickup. Mind you- I had already paid for these items.Then at 6 pm I get notified almost ready. 7 pm....." Going to be late. Sorry for the inconvenience." 7:07- ORDER CANCELLED!!! We are so sorry for the inconvenience." I was in the parking lot at 6:30 pm....WAITING!!! I have a VERY bad knee and can barely walk---- hence the online order. I walked in....grabbed every item in less than FIVE MINUTES!!!!!!!!!! Only ONE person working- per their usual...NOT the employees fault. She was very busy....and by herself. HORRIBLE online service....horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!"
