"My card would not read at pump, so I hit the pay inside bottom. Moments later nothing happened. I ask the woman if she would please turn on the pump so I could fill up. First off she didn't know proper English. second she refused to turn on the pump. She said I need to prepay. I said I'm paying with a card. You needa lee sumfin she says. BP doesn't trust their customers."
