"I have utilized this facility for over 7 years. Unfortunately, they seemed to be plaqued by computer program issues the affect the pumps as several are out of service on a routine basis causing inconvenience and disgruntled customers. This also appears to have an affect on the monthly drink purchase program where you pay $7.99 per month for one free fountain drink per day. Unfortunately after I paid, the system reflects I didn't pay. I let it pass last month and just paid again as it was not worth the hassle. Well, it happened again this month after I just paid for the month the day before. I was told that there was nothing that they could do but would talk with the manager. I heard that before with nothing resolved after checking back the last two days again. The same issue has happened in Americus with people I know there. I drive back and forth between Leesburg and Americus every day and spend between $500 and $600 per month here in fuel. Enough is enough. The lack of making good on the program and Circle K not rectifying their system issues has lead me to move my business elsewhere after 7 years. Probably for the better."

"The pumps don't accept debit cards. The clerk will not override. When it was Flash Foods it was a great store. It's now Circle K & went to hell"

"Ok so I got a large ice coffee ,and I got about 6 creams and the older black guy was going to charge me 80 cents for cream , how crazy is that.i thought the cream was free, I get ice coffees all the time and none of the other stores charge for cream. So I told him I'll go to another store and get my coffee. I promise I won't go back to that store. There is no reason to be an Jack butt to someone."

"I just went to this store and I’ve been there A LOT before this. There were some issues with the pumps, which happens. But, as I stood in line watching the two workers during the situation, to say they didn’t handle it well would be a massive understatement. One of the ladies was calm, and working to get the line done and out. However, the other one, Denise, was incredibly impolite to the customers. She had an attitude in her body language and verbally toward them/me. If she can’t handle the pressure of dilemmas, she shouldn’t be in customer service."

"Love the McDonalds next door. I'd give them 5 stars!!! However the Flash Foods store stole $108 out of my account when I used debit at the pump. My.money was not refunded and I'm very angry about it! Always pay inside or possibly use credit if you don't want money from your account stolen. I even spoke with an employee there about the situation. She was very rude and of no assistance at all. I don't recommend getting gas there as they practice fraudulent and unfair business practices. Just a heads up incase I can help someone else become a victim of their fraud. I will avoid that particular store at all costs, but the McDonald's next door is wonderful :)"
