Waited 2 hours just to be told the manager was going to bring it but that it wouldn't be til way later because she was in a meeting. Bad business dealing. Take your money and business elsewhere... Update I Found a nice taxidermy place in thomasville just up the road with more reasonable prices.i got a costom fit and they treated me like family. It's called Harden's taxidermy."

"Do not order online from Kevin’s. They often have products that are listed in inventory but are actually out of stock. They will then notify you a week+ later letting you know of the inconvenience. Bad business breeds bad reviews. If you have principles and believe that businesses should right their wrongs when inconveniencing customers (especially around the holidays), I would not recommend shopping here. UPDATE (after Kevin’s response to this review). Keep in mind, I have never before felt strongly enough to write a bad google review: Still nothing from Kevin’s. I was expecting a refund on cost of shipping for the order or for them to make it right in any way, which they did not do. Customer service was not good. 2/10 overall experience. Take your business elsewhere."

"I had a great experience ordering online from Kevin's. I was sent an email by Kathleen after my purchase extending gratitude, to which I responded and was offered exemplary customer service in helping meet my situation. I have read that stock might be specious but I had no problem with this. While I appreciate the frustration, inventory can be challenging for boutiques which already contend with high overhead compared to other online, larger retailers, on a cost per good basis. So perhaps call ahead before placing an order just to ensure that what you're after is physically available. I do have more patience for these hiccups from boutiques than perhaps I might from Amazon. Overall, very happy."
