""Completely remodeled and fully stocked for all your hardware and tool needs. Associated are highly knowledged and eager to support your needs. Even Better...if they do not have it in stock...they will find a source and get it for you in a very efficient and timely manner.""

"Stone's is a great place to go. You're welcomed literally as soon as you walk in the door. Also, you're asked if you need any help finding something and even asked again casually as the employees just happen to walk by. Plus, they're very friendly. By any chance that's not appealing and you want to to walk around aimlessly when you do need help and when you do go up to an employee (most, not all) and ask a question that the employee literally can't answer cause they want the check but not dont actually learn what products they have or don't know anything about their products...then go to Marvin's."

"I've visited this location many time. The staff is not educated on their products. I ask for a pull bar they take me to the pry bars. I ask for a wheel kit to my gate, i get.. I've never heard of that. I ask for metal stakes, they take me to Ubolts. I ask for a left swing door , i had to take the employees to the back and I had to show them . i ask for a pocket door .no clue. These employees have no product knowledge, its crazy. How do you work there and habe no clue. This store is 10 minutes away and i will drive 30 minutes to go to Lowes from now on. Training should better! They store is a mess and clearly the employees don't care. Poor Jeremiah, no proper training. The older gentlemen that have been there should be fired."

"Went here to pickup a few hinges. They had them in individual packs. Then I was ask to pick-up a grass thatcher for a family member, was supposed to be assembled. We arrived and not assembled no problem, when assembling a # of bolts, nuts and washers missing from unopened box. It was a Precision Product. I called them about missing parts. They keep repeating I'm wrong. Will mail all missing parts 5 to 7 days. I visited Stones and they gave me all missing parts need. That's fantastic customer service."
