"I'm traveling down here from Vermont and staying in camilla, I had a fairly new battery from Ford that went out, I went in to see the service department yesterday. I was literally told I WON'T help you without a receipt, sorry about your luck, I left and went to the Albany ford, they were able to get my info in minutes and exchange my battery without any issues, could've been a future customer and my truck is needing service, sorry you just lost my future money coming in"

"Well it was not a pleasant thing to have to go through because I had just bought my explorer in January of this year... And my vehicle was in the shop for three months. But Warren did his best to help get all the problems fixed and helped me with the extended warranty that I purchased even though it didn't cover what the dealer that sold me the car said it would Warren and Angie were both very helpful and kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle. The bill was astronomical because of the extensive damage the car had. The dealer that sold it to me didn't inform me of all the issues that this car had when I purchased it. So it will make me hesitate the next time i purchase a vehicle. I love Ford products and hope to purchase a Ford next time I purchase."

"I will refer Flint River Ford over and over again to anyone. Ms. Angie, the service manager and her mechanic are the best! My van had a very challenging repair that needed fixed, and they were up for the challenge! I live in Ohio but my driver was transporting freight in Georgia when the issues began. Ms. Angie had great communication with me over the phone during the entire process. I am grateful we found them!"

"I just LOVE them over here. Allot faster, nicer and much more friendlier to me than Moultrie dealership. I asked a question they gave me an answer. They even bout my lunch while I waited. Much more, two air bags were replaced in only 4 hours. Where Moultrie took 4 days. Go figure. Thank you Flint River Ford I will be back and tell all my family and friends to go to Camilla Ga."

"UPDATE: TRUCK HAS BEEN PAID OFF! THE OWNER, MR. JOE, WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM OUR SALESMAN JOE, WHO WAS ALSO VERY APOLOGETIC. MY HUSBAND AND I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH SENDING MY MOM TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM FLINT RIVER FORD. Was in the market for a newer truck and found the PERFECT one at Flint River Ford. However, it has been a nightmare ever since with my trade in! The trade in still hasn't been paid for, so really they have a truck listed that still belongs to me! The credit union I deal with is constantly calling for payment on 2014 truck! Today is day 49 and STILL no kind of payment whatsoever. In addition to that, because of dropping insurance on the 2014 trade in, I have now received a letter from Dept. of Transportation for suspension of license because of no insurance. As of this morning, I have contacted a lawyer and contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as the Mitchell County Sheriff's office. I have NEVER had this kind of experience in purchasing a vehicle. Not to mention my mother is in the market for a small Ford SUV and was willing to send her to their business, however, I will strongly discourage her from using the same Ford Company. My military son is coming home next month and was also interested in purchasing a new truck but I will discourage him as well. The trade in experience is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Should've stayed where we have ALWAYS traded with Langdale Ford and will return there for all of our and our families future business!!!!! *Went to sign papers for the newer vehicle as they were getting it cleaned up. There was two deep terrible scratches on the driver side door mirror. So deep there is no getting it out, it will have to replaced. There were no scratches on the mirror the day we test drove the vehicle. Even the salesman, 'Elvis,' (once I called about it), that he seen it on there the day I was coming to purchase the truck. Said it must have been done during cleaning."
