"This is the worse pharmacy, if I could rate it 0, I would! We are over 10 miles away, once again a medication was not ready when we were told it would be. Consistently happens. We know that Winn Dixie dumped their pharmacy clients to Walgreen's. But truth be told, Walgreen's was messing up beforehand! If you call, get ready to hold, if you walk-in, be sure you can stand in long line, if you try their drive thru, God help you. Please call Walgreen's Customer Service if you are having problems. That's the only way changes will be made. We need decent pharmacy services, specially if you're under Tri-care."
"We were traveling through when I got sick. I went to the urgent care and they sent the prescription to Walgreens as it was a well known pharmacy. My frustrations started out waiting in the drive thru over 30 minutes for them to close for lunch while still in line. After waiting for them to return I was told they never received the script. Called the doctor who confirmed she had sent it over. Tried calling to confirm receipt and couldn’t get through with a wait of more than 3 callers ahead of me for again over 30 minutes."
