"I completed my order the prior day around 4:50 pm and called the store around 5:50 so I could pick it up and was told it takes about a hour for the pick ups to come through and I would be getting a call but no call came and they closed at 8pm. I still didn’t trip well the next day I had to work so I wasn’t able to pick it up until after 5:00pm the order still was not ready and they got the items when I got there and as they were getting the items they took their time and were even in the mirror fixing their lip gloss. November 9 -10. This was a gift for my son who’s birthday is November 10th!"

"PLEASE do yourself a favor and make NO Purchases from this location!!! I purchased 2 different shoes that both had defects and needed an exchange…. Mind you I was not trying to return… just exchange. The answer was “ absolutely Not” tried telling me it’s not their policy if item has ever been worn to exchange it. How would I know it’s defective unless it was worn. (My son wore one shoe one time ) and we had only gotten them 4 days earlier and yes they had receipt. One shoe faded the color through the white ( I’m guessing a colorfast dye issue) and a bubble on the sole of Nike air max pro deflated. The griffin location was so helpful and polite. They exchanged the shoe without issue… nothing but good things to say about the Griffin Hibbit …. But stay clear of Thomaston … the assistant manger is the rudest young lady Ive just about ever met and shouldn’t be allowed a job requiring customer service at all!! The only thing worse than her lack of knowledge on her store policy was her attitude !!!!"

"Way to much gossiping behind the counter every shoe I asked for they didn't have my size so I just settled for a pair thankfully they did have in my size the lady working the register Saturday March 18,23 seem to be very upset (hence) one doing the gossiping could have been nicer and people could have been on the floor helping instead of getting the tea when the workers have a little respect and professional attitude I will change my rating no one wants to be laughed at after buying shoes and leaving."

"I wasn't very impressed with the young lady's attitude when I just went in there, she was standing behind the register on her phone, my grand daughter went and politely said excuse me ma'am do these shoes come in women's or men sizes, she snipped back at her they come in women's sizes. We wanted to know so we knew what size to ask for, this three inch false eyelash wearing heffa got mad because her co-worker asked her to go pull the shoes because he was waiting on a couple other customers. We stood there for like 10 minutes waiting on the shoes we asked for and I see her back there helping someone else so I meander back there and she rudely says do you need help with something, I said yes ma'am we're waiting on the white size ten Nike, she snaps "day up front, all you hat ta do was ax fo dem", then we walk up to the desk and she comes up there and slaps the shoes on the counter & walks away... rudest person I've dealt with in a while. I mean I'm in this store spending my hard earned money on their high dollar shoes, I expect to be treated with respect.J/S"
