"This place is kind of off the beaten path and you'll feel out of place pulling in, and the store front kind of gives you the same feeling. However, they're simply great! I've been eyeballing Mystery Ranch backpacks for some time now and could find what I wanted locally. However these guys came up on the MR website. So I had a little time today and made the drive. Ryan, was in the office when I walked in, immediately hopped up to great me, apologized for the store looked and that they were swapping seasons. He asked what I was looking for and started grabbing bags for me. They had the bag I thought I wanted but in a different color, no big deal. Why? He showed me a better bag I didn't know existed, and for a better price point. He let me try it on, asked what I wanted to do with it, made sure it fit, answered all my questions. It was really excellent customer service. Truly. When I asked it the bag took hydration bladders, sure they do. Here's how you route them. He offered to sell me one, I asked if the one I had would work he said yes and left it alone. No pushing, legitimately only wanting to help me. The thing that really got me; was how much he seemed to care I was there and actually wanted to help me find the right pack. He gave he his undivided attention, and didn't push anything on me. How many times have you been to a store and all they want to do is push their credit card, or membership? None of that. This place is awesome, it's worth the trip."

"Fantastic store with a knowledgeable staff. Don’t expect the normal retail experience as this store is attached to their warehouse and the staff is usually busy doing work in the warehouse. If you’re patient you’ll get great products at great price."
"I walked in and saw nobody. After a minute a sweet retriever came and greeted me. Beautiful nice pup. Walked around 15+ minutes and saw nobody else. Broused the entire store. The pup went somewhere else and I left."
