"Big shouts to the service team of Lester & Josh!! I was attempting a very challenging ride for my birthday and about a week before my bike began making some creaking noises from the headset and crankset. Lester & Josh both took time to troubleshoot & diagnose the issue. It took some trial and error but they eventually figured it out. The bike felt really good afterwards and I'm thankful for the work and attention to detail they put in. Note: The last place I took it to (well known outdoor store) didn't investigate the issue the way they should have. We know as cyclists any little noise can drive us nuts and put a damper on a good ride. Thanks for helping me get to the top!! See you guys soon!!! J. pino"
