"Ryan is FANTASTIC. My son joined our local mountain bike team last summer, and Ryan went above and beyond in talking him through his new bike purchase, in discussing maintenance and care, and generally being super enthusiastic about getting a kid on a bike! Shortly thereafter, we purchased a second used bike for my husband and I to ride, and Ryan was so knowledgeable and friendly in getting this older bike back to riding shape. He also provided all of the emergency repairs required for a kid riding 40+ miles a week in a new sport (so. . .a lot) - and was always reasonably priced. After his first season, our son upgraded to a carbon fiber mtb with tubeless tires and axs, which he purchased second hand. Ryan kindly spent almost an hour walking our son through the new components and new considerations of this bike, despite the fact that we hadn't purchased this bike from Ryan. In addition, we purchased two bikes from Ryan for the local Sheriff's Christmas Drive, and he took amazing care of getting those bikes ready for kids in our community. Ryan and Nimblewheels is as asset to Dahlonega as well as to the biking community."

"Don't waste your time or money!!!! This place is a joke. I took my Trex to Nimblewheel and ask for a tune up. I was told sure and that would entail lubrication and adjustment and clean up the bike and if they found anything else they would call and get approval. I said sounds good. For the next 3 weeks I would go up to the shop to be meet with confusion about my bike. The owner said he thinks it might need tires but the bike never moved form the spot I put it in the store. Finally after 5 and half weeks I just went a took my bike from the same spot. I love to support local business this was crazy. A call goes a long way."

"Ryan saved my TNGA trip, tuning my bike back from oblivion and fixing a tubeless wheel issue I was having. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and clearly cares about the biking community. I strongly recommend you stop in!"

"Ryan saved me one day before the 6 gap ride. My front brakes weren’t working (very important for mountain descents!). Not only did Ryan stay late to diagnose and fix my bike, with incredibly short notice from me, he also didn’t overcharge. To top it all off, he was cheering from the sidelines of the race after the first climb and recognized me! Nimblewheels is an excellent business supporting a great cycling community in a beautiful city. 10/10."
