"I have personally been in retail management for over 10 years and without a doubt, this store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. There should never be multiple employees walking around the store trying to look busy while there is only one person at the register with a huge line of people. This is unacceptable. The attitudes of the employees are just horrible. It is clear they don't like their jobs at all nor do they care about the customers. . I love Ross but this store is garbage."
"The manager is a cry baby. He talks under his breath about customers, and gets upset when you do not react back to him. The guy with the gray hair that looks 50 but acts like a hipster."
"The employees here, everytime I have shopped, seem to think they are there to socialize with one another and customers trying to check out are LAST priority. Terrible customer service. I do not want to hear an employee complaining to another about how they want to leave. Go! I'm fairly certain Ross wasn't begging you to work there. You applied. So quit b'eye'tching and do the job that pays for your life."
"Joy, the manager does not live up to her name. Extremely rude, and when I was asking a few questions she implies I was “trying to argue with her” what horrible customer service. Once I asked her name she replied with an attitude, I’m the store manager so good luck with a complaint. It wasn’t surprising to see other reviews about Joy’s attitude. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere."
