"Went to American Eagle today around 4pm and was very disappointed with the customer service. No greeting, the associates didn’t ask if I needed any help they were all gathered at the front of the store talking. I was the only customer there. This store used to be full of helpful and kind employees years ago, not the ones that stare at you up and down as they walk by you and ignore you. Something needs to be done."
"This shop is an “outlet” shop yet the prices seem higher and the stock seems more limited. The store a town over has a wider variety of clothes and is a smaller store. The prices are ridiculous for me, and the sizes are hit and miss and not at all consistent. The employees are mainly high schoolers, more than likely working after school and part time. A couple were kind of friendly but it’s obvious they’ve been trained or taught to watch closely for shoplifting, which I get, but 1-2 employees really made me feel uncomfortable and were not good at “casually” assessing the floor. If you love AE and this is the only nearby store, or you’re passing through, then it’s okay if no other options are available but in Dalton, GA, at walnut square mall, the AE shop usually has the same prices with better variety of items, in my opinion."
"They really didn't have any clothes in my size.they cater to size 6 and under.very few clothes over a 6. Plus I'm a mom. Mom's don't wear shirts with there whole tummy hanging out.i believe in keeping up with the times. But come on don't forget us people who want a whole shirt. pants that don't look like the dog are them. It would be nice if we could get them up above our thighs to."
