Lucy complete trash and I’m afraid I will never receive my title after paying it off in December it’s May I had the pawn for less than a month and now I still haven’t received my title. I have never dealt with such disrespectful Rachet people in Customer service. If you have a chance NEVER PAWN YOUR TITLE HERE!"
"If could give 0 stars I would. My job cut back my hours and my kid tried to commit suicide and I fell behind on payment. I told Carlos and another gentleman I would pay the full amount to close the account when I got my taxes and sent the screenshots of when the deposit would hit. They promised via text that they would not repo the car until Monday 3/27 and instead repo'd the next day after our conversation. I got my money earlier than expected, paid the full amount before 10:00am and now Carlos and his team refuses to tell me what tow company has my car. His exact words: we had to wait for payment so now you have to wait on the whereabout of your vehicle. I had to reach out my my attorney and Carlos didn't get on the phone and refuses to take anymore of my calls. DO NOT PAWN YOUR CAR TITLE ESPECIALLY NOT WITH THEM"
"This should be the last result if you need money. This place has the worst title loan contract I’ve ever heard of in my life. I dealt with Carlos when I took out my loan. He had to intervene after one of his associates was extremely rude and incompetent. The contract is so silly that even CSR don’t even understand it. I had many sleepless nights because of this loan I had with this place. DONT DO IT!!!"
