"The customer service experience at this location leaves much to be desired. The younger staff members seem disinterested in providing good service and lack essential customer care skills. During my visit to this Nike on a quiet Thursday around noon, there were plenty of employees on the floor, despite only a handful of customers present. However, when I proceeded to check out, I noticed that about five employees were engrossed in conversation near the checkout counter. The one who eventually assisted me appeared visibly irritated by the task. It's crucial for employees to remember that customers are the reason for their employment."
"We decided to stop on our way back to Atlanta from Chattanooga. They did have use wait in a line outside the store due to their Covid Protocols, which moved pretty quickly. As far as the shoe selection the aisles were pretty empty. I'm not sure if we can when they were waiting on a restock. So we didn't have much luck finding shoes for my husband or me but we did find a good selection of shoes for our kids. If you are passing by I would definitely stop just to see if you luck up but I wouldn't go out of my way."
