"These people are crooked do not take loans from these people. I have paid these people off over 2 1/2 years ago and they claim they lost the title and they can’t find it. It doesn’t take 2 1/2 years to get a duplicate title. This is a crooked company. Do not take anything from them. They will hold your title for no reason they did not even release the title lien even though it’s been paid off over 2 1/2 years ago."

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THESE PEOPLE DONT TAKE THE TIME TO RESEARCH THEIR OWN TECHNICAL ERRORS. THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CHALLENGE THEM TO TAKE THE EXTRA STEP IN FIGURING OUT A SOLUTION. DONT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AT ALL. THEY HAVE BEEN HARASSING ME FOR THE PAST MONTH AND A HALF OVER A PAYMENT THAT WAS SENT TO THEM. TRAINING AND BUSINESS ETTIQUETE IS MISSING. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE."

"I came here for 2 years and was greatly helped by Katlyn and Daniel. There are 2 new women and a disrespect, sarcastic and unprofessional. I called yesterday and spoke to one of them, and they told me to speak to the manager to help my case. I had asked her if I came, would she be there, said sure. When I arrived, they both said neither of them spoke to me, and the manager was not there she would be in tomorrow 10-6. I called, and no one answered. So I came in, and Marie stated that the manager had called out. When I was saying, "You guys said she would be in today, is there a way i can contact her" she cut me of and sarcastically said "well she called of today" I was being to tell her she didn't have to talk to me like that but didn't want to argue. I left and called Marietta to help me.!!! updating Aug 7th I called and a lady picked up I spoke she busted out laughing and hung up. I called again and she made some excuse that she had a customer in front. And they still have not released my TITLE AND GA TAG OFFICE HAVE TOLD ME they have not released it...!!! This place is stressful!! And 2 weeks ago some guy called asking do I need money... when I asked for my title he said they don't have it he doesn't know anything about it !!!!"
