"I had solid white oak floors installed last June. I was very excited, and loved the wood we picked out. Unfortunately, the installers did a horrible job. There are huge gaps between the boards all over the place, with visible nails in a few spots. The stairs look terrible. The flooring is nailed down, so fixing it will be difficult and expensive. I would not use Dalton Wholesale Floors again."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Hired DW for kitchen remodel. From changing install date to two weeks later to not measuring sink and cabinets and hood completely wrong. Had to hire another installer and had to fight with this company for money back. Ordered tile from them that can't be used due to kitchen refigured do to there mistake and now will not take back tile. Do not do business with these people. They don't stand behind there employees mistakes."

"Dalton Wholesale Flooring Jasper location LARRY CLAYTON (Store Manager), you have incorrect information and obviously no helpful input to this situation. Your Sales rep JENNIFER HARRIS Never gave me a checklist or told me what was needed for us to accomplish for pre-installation of the flooring. I contacted your office prior to going out of town to be able to give my wife a list to help her understand what was needed. After several conversations IRENE ROLDAN your assistant installation Manager sent me a checklist that seemed to cover things that confused/concerned my wife and asked if I could get her better clarification on what she needed to do so I asked Irene and she didn’t help but proceeded to explain only about the baseboards. So again I asked for clarification and then you Larry were included on the emails. Jennifer then called me and we discussed she had never seen this checklist and it shouldn’t have been sent. Your telling me it is always sent… IRENE never identified what on the checklist needed to be addressed so now I have nothing to give my wife other than don’t worry about the baseboards? Come on people what is the problem with just sending me something to clarify what on the list she needed to do! Then you decide to say I’m am not willing to comply with your checklist and feel it’s in your best interest to cancel my order… hmm Poor business practice and terrible communication leads to a failure to your customers. I will not support your lack of customer service and will definitely spread your Company’s disinformation and poor communication skills. You failed your customer and instead of helping make it right you decided to agree with your employees. This is not how you manage a business… You will have several bad reviews along with no further contact from me or my family and friends. Good luck with your business decisions."

"Great Overall experience. We worked with Jennifer and Jamie at the Jasper store and they were super. Great selection of LVP at reasonable prices. We had around 1100 sq ft installed by Carlos and his crew and it was amazing at how fast the installation went. They were very professional and knowledgeable!!"

"I would like to thank a gentleman by the name of Sam. I had a negative situation with the installation of my tile. Sam got involved and came with a crew of 3 and took care of the problem today. I'm very pleased with DWF for the completion of our kitchen floor, looks great"
