"Took my chair May 9th and it was finished October 20th. Seems excessive. Each of the three times I called they just said it would be 3 more weeks... that turned into 3 months. I don't like being humored. Just tell me straight up what's going on or at the least occasionally update me. I will say that the lady was wonderful helping me with the fabric and the workers there when I picked the chair up were equally great! Did I mention my chair is beautiful? It is! Sorry for the 1 star but also yall never answer the phone and didn't call me back when you said that you would. A frustrating experience."

"After multiple trips, they were not able to help me Is with a seat cover. Confusing and terrible customer service. They seemed lost and. I'm glad I left with my cushion, I feel this would have been a lengthy process and a headache."

"BEWARE ::Not just a disgruntled customer making a harsh review but thought I was going to an honest friend of the family but boy was I wrong. She tells lies and manipulate situations to always go in her favor. My brother and I approached her after doing some work at her business place to extend the work which needed to be done and have her reupholster our custom speedboat. We shook hands in front of two witnesses that I’m glad to tell anyone if they really wanna know after taking a large deposit from us and completing the work of which I heard was sent out and done by someone else in the first place she demanded full payment in cash with an outrageous price that nobody in their right mind would have a greed to pay we only did it because it was a trade out or it was supposed to be anyway. Finally we decided just to pay her the money and be done with it so when we got to the Business place she pretended not to be there when she was in the back the entire time and called the police to have us removed from the place and we never said anything but that we were there to get our property. She is a super shady person please do not go through what we went through we spent $9000 on something that I’ve been told by three different people wouldn’t cost any more than 4500. Very evil person and just like the other review says never answers the phone or calls anyone back."

They took two of my grandmother’s 1970s sofas and transformed them into velvet green masterpieces! Other work I’ve had done there has been of the same quality. And now they have a sweet boutique to shop for those finishing touches to your home."
