"Customer service at this particular location is abysmal. The lack of knowledge about practices for returns is unacceptable. The cashier refused to accept an online receipt from kirkland's and stated a paper receipt was required. I now have over two hundred and fifty dollars on a kirkland's gift card, versus having the money back on my credit card. It's also important to know that a manager is rarely at this location. This further perpetuates the issues as there is no one there to do anything about a problem. Maybe this is how they increase revenue - just issue a gift card and make them spend more."
