"This place is decorated so tastefully. When I walked in it felt so warm and cozy like a family member's home. Everything is priced reasonably. You have to look high and low to find that treasure your seeking but that's the fun In treasure hunting."

"Encore is completely the opposite now that the new owners have purchased it (around 6 months ago). Very rude, cold and arrogant. I'm glad to learn that I'm not the only one who has experienced that. I have 2 other friends that stated they had the same issues. They also mentioned the same owners also purchased Twigs. Needless to say, I highly doubt I will be visiting Twigs either."

"I worked at Encore off and on for many years. I absolutely loved every minute of it. The staff is always really friendly and accommodating. I broke my back, and they still let me work even though I couldn't walk much or move furniture. They have the cutest and most unique items that come through! And of course the prices are absolutely wonderful. Some things are still quite expensive, but that's because they are really outstanding! It's worth every penny."
