"Kim is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Extremely professional, takes pride in her work, and makes sure quality work is done. I've been to several shops around Columbus with different techs, and this is by far the best quality I've found. My solar gel set held perfectly for two solid weeks. First time I've had that with any shop in Columbus. Extremely satisfied!"
"I waited about 2 hours. I was expecting a wait but not that long. Got in the chair and I believe my tech was a beginner or something. My nails are not smooth, the application is splotchy in spots and they are very very thick. The nail tech next to us was creating a similar set on her client and it was perfect. I love how spacious and clean the shop is, but I will request a different nail tech. I believe she also said something smart after I told her I wasn’t a fan of the set, but that’s how people can be. I paid and gave a $10 tip despite my disappointment. I’m not one to take money out of peoples pockets. She worked hard, it just wasn’t worth the time or money."
