This was my first visit and plan on returning. Salon was very clean and employees sanitizied chairs, equipment and stations with social distancing observed. On my second visit to Sylvia, she was totally different (very cold, nonresponsive to my questions, exhibited a "I don't care attitude", she pulled my natural hair very rough using a small toothed comb after washing and conditioning my hair). I have not and will not be going back. I may try another beautician at the same shop."
