"Went to get a cut the other day, prices were great, the salon was very nice and modern, the check in and app features are on point. My barber Jeremy did his thing, and my cut was on point. Other barbershops in town have gotten ridiculous lately with their prices, but the price at Great clips is very reasonable unlike all the other places that I've allowed to cut my hair of which I was not impressed, their facilities were small, cramped, and not very clean. However the moment you walk in Great clips, your greeted by professional Barbers/Stylists, encompassing a clean and high end with the look and feel of a Salon."
"Second time I have come in and gotten my bands butchered. They are so short and uneven they can't even be fixed. I have my 20 year highschool reunion coming up and I had to buy clip in bangs just so I don't look like a total joke. I will never come back in again. I don't know why it's so hard to cut some damn bangs. I am so frustrated and I have been crying for two days over this because I look like a kindergartener who took scissors to their hair. Thanks for nothing guys."
"I’ve been going here off and on for 6 months but today I was disappointed with my haircut. She totally have my back if my head looking ridiculous she was suppose to square my hair off in the back but instead she went up three inches from my natural hair line I’m so pissed I wanted to embarrass this person but I just left I will never go back again."
"Love the Macon Road location in Columbus, Ga. We really like Kim. The salon is always neat and clean. They get the customers in and out quickly. All of the stylists are friendly and great but we always ask for Kim to do our haircut. She always does a great job managing this location as well as cutting our hair. We also buy the annual haircut card when they go on sale. This is a great location…great atmosphere, great staff and a great manager Kim. We love all of them. Keep up the great work. Thanks. J. "This is my first time visit to Great clips for my hair cutting and style I would like to say about this saloon it’s realy nice and clean and cooperative staff. Erica she is compassionate and understood my point what I wanted in my hair also she provide me best hair cutting which I really exact won’t also she has really punctuality and serious work attitude I had a wonderful experience with Erica and saloon I would recommend this saloon.
