"An interesting concept, with a lot of polish to the inside. Super clean tables and a lot of thought put into the rock n roll theme. However, the food is what happens when non trained people try and make sushi. Ordered the Nigiri and it was jagged pieces of fish overhanging globs of rice. The quality of the sashimi was great, but no skill to the prep or rice. The service was ok, super nice staff, but didn’t check on the table for refills or needs, and had to flag them down a couple of times. Not a terrible place, but is certainly made for American pallets."
